About Rad Living Ranch
How It All Began...
I began my career in real estate, helping families buy and sell homes across San Diego County. I loved the people and the process, but over time, I realized something was missing. I wanted to feel a deeper sense of purpose something that didn’t just close transactions but built legacies.
When Covid slowed the world down, I finally had the space to listen to that calling. I was craving connection to my community, to meaningful work, and to a life that allowed me to be more present with my family. That’s when I found my way into holistic health.
As I trained as a holistic health practitioner and massage therapist, I began working at Gathering Blue Acupuncture in Ramona. There, I learned how to help people heal through touch, energy, and intention not just their bodies, but their spirits. And unexpectedly, I started building genuine relationships within my hometown community, people who shared the same values of wellness, sustainability, and intentional living.
Around that same time, I joined the Ramona Chamber of Commerce and later became a Board Member, further connecting with other small business owners and families. I didn’t know it then, but every one of those experiences — real estate, wellness, community — was preparing me for a bigger vision.
What began as a search for purpose and balance between career, motherhood, and fulfillment has evolved into a truly full-circle moment: the creation of RAD Living Ranch.

From Healing Homes to Healing People

I live here with my partner Ryan, our children Royce, Ace, and Dash — the “R-A-D” behind RAD Living Ranch — and four generations of family. Ryan’s mom and his grandma live on the ranch with us too, and they’re a huge part of why our life works the way it does. People always ask how I juggle real estate, the farmstand, the Oasis, and homestead life… and the truth is, we have a village. I feel deeply supported, and I don’t take that for granted.
Our ranch is full of personality — four horses, a pig named Smack Smacks, 4 flocks of chickens, four dogs, and our macaw, ProMee, who you’ll definitely hear before you ever see. If a very loud, dramatic squawk echoes across Highland Valley… it’s probably him.
Every day on the ranch reminds me that abundance isn’t something you chase — it’s something you cultivate, together.
We’ve built our life around the same values I now help others discover: connection, community, creativity, and freedom. And while you don’t need a multigenerational setup to build your dream homestead, it’s what makes our story unique — and why I’m able to pour into the work I love.
Whether you’re looking to buy land, build a homestead business, or find balance and healing, my goal is to help you create a life that feeds both your family and your soul.
Let’s Grow Together
If you’re dreaming of a slower, more meaningful way of living — one that reconnects you to the land, your purpose, and your community —
you’re in the right place.
Let’s grow together, one rooted step at a time.
With gratitude,
— Lindsay Boos
